• Acknowledgements: Verifying the identity of a signer and confirming they are signing a document willingly (e.g., deeds, power of attorney, mortgages).

• Oaths & Affirmations (Jurats): Administering a sworn verbal oath or legal affirmation for signers swearing to the truth of a document (e.g., affidavits, depositions).

• Attesting Copies: Verifying that a photocopy of an original document (that isn't a public record) is a true and accurate copy (e.g., diplomas, driver's licenses, medical records).

• VIN Verifications: Physically inspecting and verifying a Vehicle Identification Number and odometer reading on title transfer forms.

• Marriage Ceremonies: Solemnizing legal marriage ceremonies and certifying the marriage license.

Service Fee Notes Standard Notary Stamp $10 per stamp Florida state statutory maximum per signature/seal.

Mobile Travel Fee $50 Convenience fee for traveling directly to your home, office, hospital, or public location anywhere in Bay County.

Marriage Ceremonies $30 Officiating the ceremony and legal solemnization.

After-Hours / Weekends / Holidays+ $25 Surcharge added to the standard service/travel fee for late-night, weekend, or holiday appointments.
